Açai Roots Pre & Post Work-Out Shake
Our Pre & Post Work-Out Shake is the ultimate energy source that your body needs prior (or after) an activity. Whether you need extra energy before an activity or something to nourish your body after a work-out, our shake does it for you! Have a shake for breakfast, as a mid-day snack or replace a meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 to 4 ounces of Nex4 Açaí Liquid Concentrate
- 1 Sliced Banana
- 3/4 Cup of your preferred Milk (soy, skin, etc)
- 4 Tablespoons of Oatmeal
- 2 Ice cubes
- 2 to 4 ounces of Nex4 Açaí Liquid Concentrate
Alternative Açaí that you may use: 2 teaspoons of Açai Roots' Freeze Dried Açaí Powder'.
How to Make it:
Blend (using a blender) together all ingredients until it is well mixed. Serve this refreshing and delicious açaí drink cold.

what do you think of the acai berry juice blends available in the grocery store now?
Laura,
I am not a fan of the açaí berry juices available in the grocery stores. I have yet to find one that tastes like açaí actually, and they usually carry other ingredients mixed in. In most juices available in the grocery stores, açaí is not even the top/main ingredient. It is unfortunate, but it is the truth.
