Our fresh açaí berries are then visually inspected, soaked in triple filtered water, gently flash pasteurized for total quality, frozen and packed into our convenient 100g (3.5 oz) packs. Our açaí berries are harvested and processed into frozen pulp within 2-4 hours approximately, making our pure açaí a fresh and premium experience.
