PACIFIC BEACH IS THE IDEAL MUST STOP WHEN VISITING SAN DIEGO. IT’S KNOWN FOR ITS BOARDWALK ALONG THE BEACH AND LOCAL SHOPS, BARS, HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS. THIS BOWL IS THE PERFECT SNACK FOR ALL BEACH GOERS OR LOOKING TO CAPTURE THAT YOUTHFUL SPIRIT PACIFIC BEACH PROVIDES.

Ingredients

  • 2 SCOOPS OF ORGANIC AÇAÍ ROOTS SORBET OR 2 ORGANIC AÇAÍ ROOTS POUCHES
  • 1 FROZEN BANANA
  • 1/3 CUP OF STRAWBERRIES
  • 1/3 CUP OF FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
  • 2TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
  • 2OZ OF APPLE JUICE

Toppings (Optional)

YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR TOPPINGS PER YOUR MOOD AND TASTE.  HERE ARE SOME IDEAS FOR YOU TO TRY:

  • GRANOLA
  • FRESH FRUITS: BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, POMEGRANATE, STRAWBERRIES, BANANAS, PEARS, MANGOS, KIWIS
  • DRIED FRUITS: COCONUT FLAKES, CRANBERRIES, GOJI BERRIES, MULBERRIES, APRICOT
  • NUTS: FLAX SEEDS, WALNUTS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, HEMP SEEDS, HONEY ROASTED PECANS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, CHIA SEEDS, SLICED ALMONDS, FLAX SEEDS
  • SWEETENERS:  AGAVE, BEE POLLEN, HONEY OR DATES

Directions

  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND TOSS THEM INTO THE BLENDER.
  2. BLEND ON MEDIUM TO HIGH FOR 45 SECONDS OR UNTIL SMOOTH (THE THICKER THE BETTER).
  3. POUR INTO A GLASS AND ENJOY!
  4. ADD TOPPINGS IF INCLUDED.
